Added custom bash prompt, based on the 'my' theme.
This colors the arrow at the start of the second line based on the exit code of the last command: green for 0, red for non-zero This functionality currently fails when the 'fasd' plugin is enabled, since it is messing with the PROMPT_COMMAND function.pull/235/head

# Two line prompt showing the following information:
|

# (time) SCM [username@hostname] pwd (SCM branch SCM status)

# →

# Example:
|

# (14:00:26) ± [foo@bar] ~/.bash_it (master ✓)

# The arrow on the second line is showing the exit status of the last command:
|

# * Green: 0 exit status
|

# * Red: non-zero exit status
