John D Pell	dee55a03cc	drop `dirname` in favor of native Bash strings (1 of 2) Convert `var=${dirname $filename)` to `var="${filename%/*}` in cases where there is no ambiguity. Convert `var=${dirname $filename)` to `var="${filename%/*}` in cases where there is no ambiguity.
