Added redline theme, based on powerline

- added redline features to powerline
- added screenshot
- updated redline readme
- bugfix: resetting foreground color when distro logo is enabled
- fixed redline default element ordering

powerline:
- neater check for cached sudo
- started adding support for custom cwd separator glyph and color

bash-it:
- added sublime text to .gitignore
